A-10 Team West
One of Lincoln Air Show's featured performers, the A-10 West Demonstration Team will be showing off the extreme capabilities of the A-10 Thunderbolt II. The team of six demonstrates the professional competence of the U.S. Air Force and promotes recruiting and community relations through their performances.
The aircraft they fly is the A-10 Thunderbolt II, one of the first aircraft specially designed for close air support of ground forces. They are simple, effective and survivable twin-engine jet aircraft that can be used against all ground targets, including tanks and other armored vehicles.
Be sure to catch this spectatular performance, along with many others, at the Lincoln Air Show, October 3rd.
